Life Has Been Lonely And Terrible, Nollywood Revelation Laments!

Bose is a talented Nollywood act. She has been around for Eleven years, but she has no doubt made so much impact in the industry, compared to the number of years she has served in it.
In this chance encounter with Thepage online, Bose explains how she came into the industry and her projection for the future.

How did you come into the film industry

Ans: It’s been my passion since childhood, i remember then when i watched movies, i always dramatized almost every acts in the movies i like,i was in drama group in my schools and church. So in 2009 I saw an advertisement on TV that if you wish to become an actor, call this number to obtain your form…. that was how I got started.

Q: That means you have been around now for 11 years, when was the first time you ever featured in any film.

Ans: 2010.

Q: Who is your role model if you have one

Ans: Funke Akindele

Q: How would you rate the industry in Nigeria.

Ans: I will rate us 70%.

Q: Have you done any production on your own

Ans: Yes, I have done two.

Q: What is the title

Ans: DIVORCE and ARAOYE. They were 2019 productions.

Q: Is it true that if you dont sleep around in the industry you may not get a good role in films

And: Well i don’t believe in that saying,if you’re good on your own, they’ll look out for you, though you’re bound to be toasted, but no one will force you to bed,the key word is, don’t be desperate.

Q: Like how many directors have you worked with and which of them do you like most.

And: I have actually worked with many, but my favorite is BOGUNBE ABIOLA PAUL.

Ans: Where do you see yourself in the next few years from now.

Q: I see see myself rocking the cinemas significantly.

Q: Whats your view about marriage. Many prefer to be single mothers this days, do you share that sentiment as well.

Ans: Well, all i can say is that we are different people with our individual experiences and aspirations in life. Those who share that sentiment must have their reasons. But for me, I believe in marriage, but I’m not thinking about that for now. Marriage is definitely not part of the cards on the table for mev as we speak.

Q: So, who is Bose beyond the character we watch in films

Ans: She is FAFORE ABOSEDE ITANAYO, a native of lgbajo in Osun Life Has Been Lonely And Terrible, Nollywood Revelation Laments! . I am a single mother.

Q: What was your growing up like

Ans: Hmmmm. To put it mildly, it was terrible and lonely. Especially because i was the only child of my mom and I never knew what she looked like. That i can say was also responsible for my frequent shift in base. While growing up, i lived in Ibadan, Kaduna and Kano.

So much uneasy challenges, but I give God all the glory still.
