UNCOVERED: APC To Sack Oshiomole!

Indications have emerged that  the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress(APC) Comrade Adams Oshiomole will be relieved of the position soon.

The chairman is currently enmeshed in a messy  bribery scandal, following  allegations levelled against him, in the wake of  series of controversial primary elections held by the party across the country recently.

The elections have caused serious crisis for the APC in states like Ogun, Zamfara and Imo among others.

Petitions were written against the Chairman to the Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) even as he was quizzed by the Directorate of State Security ( DSS) which reportedly advised the President to prosecute the embattled chairman upon interrogation, thus fuelling suggestions that  Oshiomole would be replaced, with names emanating as possible replacement.

With the  fire ignited by the bribery issue still burning, Thepage has reliably gathered that Oshiomole may not survive the crisis as time has been set for his sack.

A  highly placed source withing the party submitted that ” there is so many drama around the chairman”  mentioning further  that Oshiomole is fighting on  many fronts even as  he added that his actions have split the National Working Committee .

According to the highly  dependable source, “his problem with the National Legal Adviser, Tunde Ogala has further exposed his inability to operate effectively in a democratic setting.

” He likes to dictate to everybody, even when he is consulting on issues, he would have made up his mind on what to do before talking to you.

”  I think his problem is the different caucuses within the party. No one can tell which caucus the other man belongs and that attitude is what is playing out within the NWC which has also been fictionalised.”

If there is no reasoning that is fictionalised among the operators of the party however, it is the majority reasoning that Oshiomole must get the boot.

According to Thepage source, ” there is this consensus among the majority that the man should go, but  the timing of such action too is being considered critically”

Condemning what was tagged ” Oshiomole’s arrogance” our source mentioned that a decision has been reached to axe the chairman after the elections.

” There have been calls for the removal of the chairman based on some issues which are already in the public arena. We know what transpired and its obvious those issues can not be glossed over, but the chairman will be managed for now.
” We will tolerate him until after the elections because removing him this time when the campaigns for elections have kicked off will be most unreasonable ” the source mentioned.
